Description: For this lovely 24-year-old young woman, we used a breast lift to improve her breast shape and asymmetry. We used a lollipop pattern of incisions on each breast to reduce the areola size, reposition the nipple more centrally in the breast, and tighten the breast to a perkier shape. She also has tuberous breast anatomy with a high, constricting fold beneath each breast. That was released to allow for a more natural shape. She still has a modest volume asymmetry (true for most people) which she elected not to treat yet. That could be easily improved using fat transfer for an all-natural option, or using implants with balancing volumes.
