Description: This fit 34 year old woman had hard breast implants that were too high and uncomfortable on her chest. She was unhappy with her downturned breast shape. After two surgeries by other surgeons, she wanted a softer, more natural result. She and I made a plan to replace her implants using the latest Sientra 5th Generation cohesive “Gummy Bear” implants with a 20 year warranty— twice as long as other implants on the market. The pockets were revised to give her a more natural look, using smaller, softer implants in a more centered position on both sides.
